Dear Pastors,
We are excited again about the opportunity to host a meeting for the youth of the Body Of Christ! The services will begin Thursday evening at 7:00 PM the 23rd of July and end at 2:00 PM Saturday the 25th of July 2015.
We invite your young people, with proper chaperones, to this meeting. All children under 12 should be accompanied by parent, guardian or designated responsible adult. Nursery will be available but not supervised.
Schedule:
Thursday 23rd
- 4:00PM Light dinner
- 7:00PM Service begins
After service the dining room (food & drinks available for purchase) will be open with supervision until 11:30 PM.
12:00 Midnight Curfew-lights out time (Pastors, please instruct youth to cooperate.)
Friday 24th
- 8:00AM to 10:30AM Breakfast serving
- 11:00AM Day service begins
- 3:00PM Dinner serving
- 7:00PM Evening service begins
After service the dining room (food & drinks available for purchase) will be open with supervision until 11:30 PM.

Saturday 25th
- 8:00AM to 10:30AM Breakfast serving
- 11:00AM Day service begins 2:30PM Dinner serving
Pastors, please send sufficient and appropriate chaperons to assure proper conduct and leadership of your youth. Our goal is to inspire our youth in the Body of Christ in spiritual leadership and direction, promote positive influence for our youth’s spirituality and provide them an opportunity to have good fellowship among other young people within the Body of Christ. Please have your Assembly pray with us that God will cover us with a special covering for our youth in this meeting.
LODGING: We will provide lodging in homes for as many as possible. Everyone should come prepared to take care of their own lodging. Most homes are taken by the time of the meeting.
